§ Graduate with 3 to 5-years commercial expertise gained across Marketing, Sales or Customer management

§ Knowledge of the African Drinks industry
§ Experience of originating and controlling budgets
§ Good IT skills-ability to search and spin and share best practice across Diageo markets
§ Good analytical skills.
